Import Customs Clearance

Import customs clearance service (inbound shipping)
When the product arrives at the destination country The importer must submit the imported goods declaration and the name of the importer to the customs officer of that country. The goods to be imported will not be imported legally until the goods are delivered to the port or airport of destination with permission from the customs officers of that country and already paid the import duty only Therefore, it will be considered a legal import. The importer is responsible for preparing documents for customs officers to inspect and remove the goods from the port or airport of destination.


Documents that should be prepared for importing goods

  • Commercial Invoice
  • P/L (Packing  List)
  • B/L (Bill of Lading or Air Waybill)
  • insurance Premium Invoice
  • License or Permit for Import Controlled Goods
  • Certificate of Origin

Export Customs Clearance

Export customs clearance service (outbound shipping)
Products exported from Thailand Must go through export customs clearance Clearing outbound goods or outbound duty (Shipping exports), which is a report to the customs officials What products are there? who is the exporter and send it to export of certain products Additional documents will be required. In order to conduct customs clearance at the destination country, we will provide you with additional documents as follows.

  • Fumigation Certificate
  • Certificate of Origin (C/O)
  • Phytosanitary Certificate
  • ISF Filling Form for USA
  • AFR Filling Form for Japan
